for the Federal Circuit, the federal appeals court having exclusive
jurisdiction over patent appeals taken from any district court
throughout the United States.

Trade Commission, the federal tribunal having exclusive
jurisdiction for the exclusion of foreign imports that infringe
U.S. intellectual property rights.

Patent and Trademark Office, tasked with disputes with the USPTO
